Organizational Consulting

Red Clover Consulting is committed to tailoring its support to meet the unique needs of each community it serves.

Our consultation begins with the directives provided by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission's Calls to Action; from there we seek to apply those directives to the particular story and situation of your organization. Our specialty is faith-based organizations, although we also work broadly in the non-profit sector. We craft recommendations and actions that will lead to transformation on four levels: internal/personal, interpersonal, institutional, and structural.

  • Red Clover is committed to pay equity and fee sharing with Indigenous partners. The fee schedule is set so as not to undercut Indigenous Partners doing similar work and to ensure fair compensation of those with whom we consult as part of our commitment to accountability to Indigenous Partners.

    Initial consultation fee: $100 (will be applied to any further work that is booked)

    Stand-alone workshop: $600

    In-depth consultations and training: $2,000-20,000
